The Football-Doctor: Puyol Can not Come to the Euro

The Football-Carles Puyol underwent successful surgery on his knee injury. However Puyol is claimed is up chances to join the Spanish national team to the European Cup.

The Football-Having got into trouble in his right knee, Puyol eventually underwent surgery yesterday to remove athroskopik separate parts of the cartilage in his knee.

The Football-Afterwards Puyol just need to be in the hospital overnight and today an estimated 33-year-old defender was able to go home. It was then cultivate optimism if Puyol is not so badly injured and still more likely to perform in Poland-Ukraine.

But a team of doctors who take care of Puyol, Ramon Cugat and Ricard Pruna, said Puyol might not be included into the European Cup, because the healing time is six weeks and it is difficult to directly fit Puyol and perform in the field.

"The reason he could not join the European Cup," said Cugat as reported by Eurosport.

"Why, because he was injured and undergoing surgery today," he continued.

The Football-"I'm not the one who decides (about it), but the reason he can not (go to the European Cup). What he can do is to go through the recovery and return to play next season," due diligence.
